Yesterday I got my first ever repair bill for it (excepting tyres and other consumables) Not bad for a nine year old car. I was shown a video of the problem so no room for doubt, and no pressure to proceed with the repair.

Great communications, extremely helpful and eager to please. Great cars and excellent customer service. Mike Pownall looked after us very well and did everything possible to help us. I'd highly recommend a visit to stoneacre Wallasey if you're buying a car.
